124578: Abdominoplasty

24 year old female with history of 75# weight loss with diet and exercise presents for cosmetic tummy tuck and breast augmentation. This patient did not want scars on her breast, so the implants were placed through the abdominoplasty incision (TABA trans abdominoplasty breast augmentation). She is shown at 6 weeks when the scarring is the worst and improves with time.
