49 year old female with history of prior breast augmentation who now feels her breasts are too big, “hard as a rock” and wants a natural “slope” and feel. She had a grade 3 capsule with a prior 360 cc implant and measured at a 34D wanting now to be down to a “full 32B”. She had drooping of the nipples and would need a full breast lift if she was going smaller to avoid a deflated look, and was willing to trade the scar (which fades with time) for the improved shape and feel of her breasts
